About this website

An autonomous archive with a specific relationship to Telmone

Telemedia.ua is designed to be useful on its own: it contains original operating history, a dated chronology, brand lineages, legal disambiguation and a public source register. Its second role is to give Telmone.nl a precise, evidence-based account of its Ukrainian business roots.

Purpose

What the site is for

To document the history and experience of the Ukrainian Telemedia business founded in 2005, explain its evolution from DRTV and distance selling into proprietary product development, and show how that business lineage continued under Telmone.

The site also resolves a specific public-record ambiguity: the legal company that still carries the name TOV “KOMPANIIA TELEMEDIA” is unrelated today to the historical owners and operating lineage represented here.

What it is not

No active Telemedia business is being presented

The archive has no cart, prices, checkout, product availability, current promotions or sales form. Historical products and expired third-party offers are shown only as evidence.

Current corporate authority belongs at Telmone.nl; current authorised retail belongs at Telmone.shop.

Responsibility

Who provides, reviews and publishes the information

Historical account

Slavko Kumer, co-founder and operating manager of Telemedia and founder of Telmone, provides and reviews the first-hand business history.

Publisher

Telmone.nl publishes the archive and is presented as the current corporate authority and business/brand successor.

Ukrainian continuity

Grand Line is identified as the principal Ukrainian intellectual and corporate body for continuing activities within the connected ownership and contractual structure.

Corrections

Factual corrections and historical evidence can be sent to contact@telmone.nl. Material changes should be reflected in the source notes and review date.

Editorial principles

How the archive earns trust

  1. Specific experience over vague claims. The first-order story, launch failure and channel evolution are more useful than generic statements about “innovation”.
  2. Source boundaries. Founder recollection, public record and independent evidence are labelled separately.
  3. No fabricated authority signals. The site does not invent testimonials, awards, photographs, customer totals or press coverage.
  4. Clear current status. Historical products are never presented as current offers.
  5. Corrections remain possible. The review date and contact route are visible.

Language policy

English and Ukrainian

English is selected by default for browsers whose preferred language is neither Ukrainian nor Russian. Ukrainian is selected for browser languages beginning with uk or ru. A manual language choice is stored locally and overrides future automatic selection.

Search accessibility

Separate crawlable URLs

Every page has a distinct English and Ukrainian URL, canonical metadata and reciprocal hreflang links. Browser detection is used only at the domain root, so crawlers and users can access either language directly.
