Telemedia.ua is published by Telmone.nl as an informational historical archive. It documents the former Ukrainian Telemedia business and its business and brand succession through Telmone. The domain and legacy-brand use operate within the connected Grand Line/Telmone ownership and contractual structure.
The site does not operate an online store, accept orders, publish current Telemedia offers or provide a customer account.
2. Legal-entity disambiguation
The legal entity presently registered in Ukraine as TOV “KOMPANIIA TELEMEDIA” is not affiliated with Telmone.nl, TOV “GRAND-LINE”, the historical owners of the Telemedia business, or this website. The operating business, intellectual assets and business lineage represented here had already moved into the succeeding structure before the former legal company was sold.
References to “Telemedia” on this site normally refer to the historical business and brand identity, not to the unrelated present-day legal entity.
3. Trademarks and historical materials
Telemedia and other brand names are used for historical identification, brand-lineage explanation and entity clarity. The public 2012 Telemedia word-mark record identifies Company Telemedia as applicant, Grand Line as later owner and the registration as currently inactive. Rights may also arise from other registrations, ownership and contractual arrangements.
Historical third-party names, logos and offers remain the property of their respective owners. The archive links to external records instead of copying uncertain third-party imagery. New diagrams are contemporary illustrations and are not presented as historical photographs.

The site has no contact form and does not create user accounts. If you send an email, your email provider and Telmone.nl process the information you choose to include. The site stores a language preference and analytics-consent choice in your browser’s local storage. These values are used only to preserve your selected language and privacy choice.
6. Google Analytics and consent
The site includes Google tag ID G-Z9G0DBKPQR. Google consent mode is set to deny analytics storage by default. Google Analytics storage is changed to “granted” only after you select “Allow analytics”. Selecting “Necessary only” keeps analytics storage denied.
