01

What was Telemedia?

Telemedia was a Ukrainian direct-commerce business founded in Kyiv in 2005. It began with direct-response television and teleshopping, then expanded into catalogues, outbound sales and proprietary product brands.

02

Is Telemedia still operating?

No. Telemedia is a discontinued legacy identity. Telemedia.ua is an informational historical archive; it does not accept orders or publish current offers.

03

Is the present-day TOV “KOMPANIIA TELEMEDIA” part of Telmone?

No. The legal entity currently registered under that name and EDRPOU 33937699 is not affiliated with Telmone.nl, Grand Line, the historical owners represented by this site or Telemedia.ua.

04

Is Telmone the legal successor of the present-day Company Telemedia?

This archive describes Telmone as the business and brand successor to the historical Telemedia operation. It does not claim legal succession to the unrelated present-day entity that retains the old legal name.

05

When did Telmone replace Telemedia?

Telmone was introduced to employees and clients as the principal umbrella at an internal corporate event in Kyiv on 8 June 2015, after ownership consolidation.

06

Why did the identity change?

The business had moved beyond television-led selling toward proprietary products, owned brands, specialised health, personal-care and home-care categories, and an international organisation. The Telemedia name was too closely tied to the earlier media model.

07

Did Telemedia continue until the printed catalogue ended in 2018?

No. The printed catalogue that continued after 2015 carried the Telmone name. Its closure in 2018 was a Telmone channel decision driven by the integration of websites, messaging and telemarketing.

08

Why do some 2016–2017 marketplace pages still say Telemedia?

Third-party merchant profiles and campaign names can retain an older public label after an internal umbrella changes. Those pages show that the name remained publicly visible, but they do not prove that Telemedia remained the principal corporate identity.

09

Which brands connect the Telemedia period to Telmone?

SiegfriedKummer was the first internally developed brand in the emerging Telmone portfolio. Oxisson is the direct successor/rebrand of OxyDay, Elissys is the direct successor/rebrand of Elysee, and Fazzoli remains an owned inactive legacy brand.

10

Who is responsible for the historical account?

The history was provided and reviewed by Slavko Kumer, co-founder and operating manager of Telemedia and founder of Telmone. Public dates and entity information were cross-checked against available records and independent sources where possible.

11

Where should current corporate and shopping questions go?

Current corporate information belongs at Telmone.nl. Current retail availability belongs at Telmone.shop. Historical corrections and enquiries can be sent to contact@telmone.nl.

12

Why are English and Ukrainian available, but not Russian?

The archive is published in English and Ukrainian. Browser languages set to Ukrainian or Russian default to the Ukrainian version; other browser languages default to English. Visitors can always switch manually.
