Important distinction
2015 is the business-succession date
The legal company was not dissolved in 2015. Telemedia was discontinued as the principal identity, the operating business and assets had moved, and the legal shell was later sold.
Verified chronology
The timeline separates founder recollection, public registration data and independent historical records. It avoids treating a surviving legal shell, a business identity and a brand lineage as though they were the same thing.
TOV “KOMPANIIA TELEMEDIA” was registered on 6 December 2005. Telemedia began with four owners: Slavko Kumer and three other co-founders and early angel investors.

Independent source: marketplace archive
Websites, messaging and telemarketing had become integrated enough that the catalogue’s remaining trust and reputation function was diminishing. This was a Telmone-channel decision, not the discontinuation date of Telemedia.
